Customer Appreciation in Houston

Transocean held the annual “Customer Appreciation Reception” at River Oaks Country Club on October 10, 2012 as a “Thank You” for our customers’ valued partnerships. Over 20 companies were represented at the reception which included representatives from BP, ExxonMobil, Shell, Anadarko and BHP Billiton. It was an opportunity to network with customers and demonstrates the importance of customer relationships and our customer-focus approach.

Prior to the reception, Transocean’s executive team recognized the individuals that contributed to the award by Royal Dutch Shell of  drilling contracts for four newbuild ultra-deepwater drillships for 10 years each; for a 40 rig years partnership!  In appreciation of their efforts, the team was presented with a gift shown in the group photo. Pictured, from left to right, are Terry Bonno, Ihab Toma, Jayesh Porwal, Vishal Ardawatia, Derrick Cyprian, Stuart Vogt, David Tonnel, Stacey Earley, D.J. Husted, Willy Brandt, Steven Newman, Els Brandt, David Keddington, Kathleen McAllister, Tom Geczik, Greg Cauthen, Keith Avery, Mohan Shetty, Hendrata Tjoeng, Ken Smith and Todd Jordan.
